Le Film : Arnaud rencontre Yoann à Paris, son terrain de jeu favori où chaque élément de mobilier urbain est pour lui un nouveau défi. Après une initiation au Parkour et plusieurs démonstrations de l’athlète, Arnaud cherche à comprendre la philosophie de ce sport qui demande coordination, sens de l’équilibre et maîtrise de soi.

The Movie : Arnaud meets Yoann in Paris, one of his favorite playgrounds, where each element of street furniture is a new challenge. After his initiation at the Parkour, Arnaud attempts to understand this sport, which requires coordination, balance and self-control.
