COMMENT VISIONNER CE FILM ?

Pas de résumé français disponible

"Benedetta Barzini wants to disappear. After a long life, first as an international photo model in the 1960s and since then as a radical Marxist, feminist and mother of four, she has had enough of it all. But her son Beniamino will not let go. He films her and himself, like he has done since he was very young. The camera loves the elegant and endlessly charismatic Bernadetta, but she hates it back. And precisely his camera becomes our window to a highly unusual mother/son relationship in a highly unusual film. A turbulent, loving and intimate story, which looks like no other first-person family story. Even though she has announced that she has decided to disappear - into cosmic nothingness or to a desert island - Benedetta is, to the bitter end, a woman who has strong opinions about everything. Not least about the fashion and advertising industries with their cynical and sexist ways of selling the female body back to women themselves. But also about her son's film project."
