Un film de Sonia Kennebeck

"From the outside, the DeHart’s were an All-American family. Parents Paul and Leann were U.S. Military members, and son Matt was obsessed with computers from an early age. As a military family, they moved around during Matt’s adolescence, and Matt really grew up online. When Matt’s work with the hacker collective Anonymous rouses the suspicions of the U.S. government, the family is drawn into a bizarre web of secrets and espionage.
The latest documentary thriller from Tribeca alum director Sonia Kennebeck investigates the stranger-than-fiction story of the DeHarts as Matt becomes a target of the FBI, and Paul and Leann don’t know where to turn or who to trust as they begin to believe they’re at the center of a government conspiracy. Following their tireless work to keep their son out of prison, Enemies of the State is a wild ride of unexpected plot twists and bizarre discoveries. With a razor sharp intuition for the truth, Kennebeck’s remarkable film is an artistic and cinematic documentary that blurs the line between reality and paranoia. "
